every now and then

So, every now and then we kind of just increase the intensity, change up the exercises, and yeah, this one is absolutely kicking my butt.

I feel like it's good to switch these out every now and then.

Having a snack every now and then, like how I bought those, like how I bought the popcorn, having a snack every now and then is okay.
